Refund policy


At Snowflakes, We appreciate you shopping with us & we therefore believe in addressing & resolving issues with high priority, keeping in view your interests.

That’s precisely why we have robust checks & balances in place, to ensure that the refund process is not only smooth but also well within the set timelines.

In the event of refund request, due to the product being damaged in transit, defective in nature, not as per description or having sizing issues, then keeping in view the return process guidelines, the mandatory quality check of the product(s) by our team will be done within 3 working days of receipt of the same at our end.

Post authorisation of the customer refund claim to be valid, the entire amount paid by the customer, including shipping and gift wrapping charges (excluding Coupons/discounts where ever it was applicable) will be transferred to the customer’s Bank account within 4 working days post authorisation timeline.

In the rare event if the refund is still not reflecting in your account post the set timelines post our receipt of the product (3+4 days), kindly drop in a mail immediately with the return/refund details at support@snowflakes.co.in & we assure you that it will be addressed asap on priority.
