Therefore, in the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with what you order, due to the product being damaged in transit, defective in nature, not as per description or having sizing issues, just drop in a mail within 7 days of receipt of the product(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org & we will initiate the return process.
Also please note that as per Company’s policy for the refund to be initiated, the product(s) should be returned, in an unused & unwashed condition, with original tags, invoice & freebies included.
To ensure that the quality of the product(s) is maintained, we request you to kindly make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it, to avoid damage in transit.
The refund/replacement would be subsequently issued to you, after the mandatory quality check of the product(s) by our team, within 7 working days of receipt of the same at our end.
It’s our endeavour to ensure a hassle-free & seamless returns experience for you. You can ship the product through speed post or any other courier of your choice & you will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt to a tune of 10% of the purchase invoice or Rs.100 whichever is lower.
